How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations are currently available for up to 12 months.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
We are able to make accommodations for common dietary restrictions (for example: vegetarian, pescatarian and can remove shellfish, nuts, or gluten from our menus) with at least 48 hours of advance notice. Please know that it may not be possible for us to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Please email email@example.com with any specific allergy questions or concerns.
What is the service charge applied to my bill?
For all dining room reservations, a 10% service charge will be added your bill. The entirety of these charges is retained by Orange, of which 100% is distributed to all non-management employees in the form of wages and benefits. We believe this compensation model creates equity, stability, and constancy for all employees across the dining room.
Any gratuity paid on the evening of your reservation is at the discretion of each guest and is not required.
How long will our dinner take?
The average meal at Orange takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to prepare. If you have scheduling restrictions, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Does Orange have a dress code?
Orange does not have a required dress code, although we do require that our guests are respectably dressed.
Is valet parking available?
We are not currently offering valet parking. There is an outdoor self-parking lot on site.
What is the corkage charge?
We kindly ask that guests do not bring in wine currently available on our wine list. Our policy is R150 corkage per bottle with a limit of two bottles up to 750ml, we have separate corkage charges for MCC and Champagne of R250 and R450 respectively.
Are private dining options available?
We offer options for private dining with accommodations for groups both large and small. In addition, we have an outside area available for our spring and summer seasons (Weather permitting) Please contact our Private Dining and Events team to create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Do you offer gift cards?
